  1. They've made some questionable signings and trades in the past. Preller has done well with some like acquiring Musgrove, signing Machado, trading for Profar, and signing Darvish. Though he has made some awful moves like with Justin Upton, Matt Kemp, Eric Hosmer, Will Myers, Ha-Seong Kim, and some of the trades like for Snell, Manaea, Clevinger haven't really lived up to the hype because of injuries. I'm shocked that they have been able to stay relevant after some the baseball decisions they made. They've done a fantastic job at drafting and developing prospects, which you have to give them props for. Otherwise, a lot of baseball decisions in terms of free agent signings and trades have been 50/50 and would lean more towards questionable. They need Tatis at 100%.
  2. Brownie19 not in the greatest mood today.
  3. Shots fired at AJ. haha
  4. Remember when they went crazy on Justin Upton and Matt Kemp?
  5. Gallo and Bellinger. Both have fallen off a cliff. Hope Gallo hits well in LA.
  6. Yeah I see Bass having more of a meaningful impact this season. Pop definitely has some nice potential longer term and love the team control.
  7. Pivetta would be a nice SP if the Red Sox are selling off completely, though doubt they move any arms.
  8. Bass and Pop definitely improve the pen. Not the biggest names, but they'll be nice guys for the rest of this season and next year!
  9. I love Canadian players! Jays should trade for more
  10. Bautista likely steps into the closers role now. O's still have a solid BP even after trading Lopez.
  11. Me being a dick? Geez, you need to chill out man. I'm not the only one spewing jokes on here, but sure blame me. Seriously lighten up man! You don't need to point out that Tapia was hot for the last month. It doesn't mean anything in the long term. If you think he'll keep up that level of play, you're dreaming. The guy even got a inside the park home run gifted to him. Talk about luck. Glad he's climbed back up to a 0 WAR though and no longer is a negative player!
  12. Some guys just can't play in New York. Look at Gallo, Sonny Gray, AJ Burnett, Javier Vazquez, etc.
  13. I want some Pasquantino and Pratto!
  14. Sure, then bat Tapia leadoff in Game 1 of the Wildcard!
  15. The Blue Jays need to add a player with an Italian last name to get some Italians off College Street and into the seats. Plus Team Italy not participating in the World Cup this winter, so Italians need baseball and the Postseason more than anything right now!
  16. Atkins just sent those offers on Fantrax.
  17. Does Billy Hamilton still play baseball? If he does, he would bring some game changing speed and was a top prospect back in 2009!
  18. Update: Ross Atkins sent out all his trade offers on Fantrax.
  19. It doesn't hurt getting another OF. If Springer or Teo or Guirrel miss time because on an injury, at least Jays won't be running out Tapia and Zimmer on an everyday basis. These next two months, the Jays can't afford having anyone significant miss any time, let alone replace them with below average and negative WAR players.
  20. Update on Ross Atkins. He just woke up!
  21. Moreno for Alcantara or Luzardo!
  22. Hopefully the Rogers network doesn't have an outage again haha.
  23. Hazel Mae will be so excited to do a one-on-one interview him talking about the big trade in 2013.
  24. Those photos were taken in Toronto. At North Lounge at Toronto Pearson.
  25. A lot of BP arms available agreed, I think the Jays will at least bring in 2 guys!
