Nope, it's reality.
Like I said I used to go to 25-30 games per season. I would take the TTC every night to a game or go to a game after finished at UofT.
Now being older, and having other obligations and responsibilities, it's tough for myself to go to 2-3 games per week or to see the amount of games I went to a decade ago. As well, with the cost of everything rising, have to watch my budget more now on how much I spend for entertainment etc. Ticket prices have gone up, cost of eating/drinking at the game and public transit, all adds up. Additionally, would rather save up money to buy Postseason tickets in October or save up money to travel to new ballparks down in the US to see the Jays play rather than watch 25-30 games at the Rogers Centre.
I have no issue watching games in the comfort of my own home, eating my own snacks and drinking my own beer.
You're in that phase where you feel like you have to go to a majority of the games. I was like that myself as well. It's easier to go a lot of game if you only have school or a teenager with no financial responsibilities or other obligations.
