    Not many other decent 3B options available via free agency. Not sure if there are other 3B in the trade market, but can't think of any off the top of my head. As for shortstop, weak FA market as well.

    Seems like their success last season was a bit of a mirage. Once Nola and Wheeler get settled in, and once they get Harper back, they should be alright. Though they are not going to the World Series again, that's for sure.

    I agree. Most casuals and the media here treats him as an ace, when in reality Kevin Gausman is the best pitcher on this staff. Manoah still will be solid like you said, but will have seasons where he looks like a solid No. 2 or a 3/4. His ceiling is pretty much a Marcus Stroman type arm.

    First month will be important for Berrios. Hope he can bounce back and show he's a solid No. 2/3 starter again. Manoah I expect some regression. The casuals and media make him out as an ace or the Jays best pitcher when Kevin Gausman in fact is their best pitcher. Bassitt should be a 2-3 WAR pitcher. Mid-rotation guy at best but yeah nothing spectacular. Just hope he can provide solid innings and is consistent.

    Manoah won't be as good as he was last season. He's not posting a 2.24 ERA again. He'll still be a solid arm, but he's not an ace like everyone thinks he is. His ERA will be in the high 3's, low 4's most likely.

    Meh I was always 50/50 on the Bassitt signing because of his age, but it's only one start so can't freak out just yet. Hopefully he turns it around and can be a decent mid-rotation starter this season who posts a 2-3 WAR season, which I think he should be once he settles in.

    Yeah will be interesting to see them play this season for sure. Planning to watch the Dbacks and Mariners games on MLB TV this season, both look like they'll be fun teams. Think the Mariners can win the AL West over the Astros?

    Let me check the odds on the Giants. It's only 1-0, so I would put money on them. Giants at +290. Just need Cole out of the game after 6 or 7 so innings and a close score still. Yankees BP sucks.
