This. Also combined with the fact that you have certain windows in dynasty leagues. If you have an aging roster, you have to make it count now because you may be facing a 3-5 season rebuild around the corner. With the premiere league, you have the luxury of starting fresh every year.

Trout, Moss, Napoli are on both my DDL team and your PL team so we'll have some sort of win/lose situation if they do good. Oddly enough, I don't share a single player between my PL and DDL rosters.

That's actually hilariously unlikely. At least we have 6 spots (5 SP + P) so you only have to bench one (possibly Feldman vs NYY) but the probability of that happening was ridiculously low.

What are the odds I'd be facing dinger in both TPL and DDL. I still don't know how my PL team keeps winning. My pitching is actually pretty abysmal.

If I can hold onto my lead in TPL I'm also part of the Four in Four club. Realistically though, I don't expect to make a run in TPL or one of my others. I'm hoping I can make some noise in DDL and my F&F league though.

That's an excellent point that I didn't even think of. Unfortunately I have to face therealmin's juggernaut this week. It's very possible that you beat me out for the 5th spot. I would also match up better against NorthOf49 than dinger. I'm hoping dinger can have a great week and take the #2 seed back.

Yeah that was some bad luck. My team put up better than usual numbers last week. You probably would have won against 15/18 other teams because you put up great offensive numbers. EDIT: That being said, you still have life. You play the 8 seed this week (ISO Horny) and you're currently 8.5 games back. If you can 12-2 him, you have a pretty good chance of making it.

At the earliest, the trade deadline is 3:00 EST (Yahoo always goes by PST, so 12:00 on their time) Part of me thinks it might be at 2:59 EST Sunday night though.

The deadline is set for Sunday September 1st. Do you think this means 11:59 PM PST Sunday night, or 12:00 AM PST Sunday morning? I assume it's at 11:59 PST on Sunday but can anyone confirm?

If any contender is looking to add more saves down the stretch; LaTroy Hawkins is available. Bobby Parnell is likely done for the year. I'm looking for some kind of pick upgrade or reliable 'holds' arm.

Funny how on the same day, I gain Danny Duffy but lose Jeremy Hellickson. I can't imagine Duffy being much worse than Hellickson has been the last month, so this probably ends up being a wash.
