    Jimenez should be up soon. This is the best time to get him some work at SS.

    Two questions as follow up to Stewart Berroa being called up: Given that he's wearing #37, does that mean Votto isn't coming and two Is Votto coming back with his old #19? Don't know why he had #37 at all.

    at the beginning of spring training, don't they do physicals/blood work?? Team had to know.

    This organization is an embarrassment. Nobody's hitting, the pitchers are breaking down trying to be perfect and nobody's advising this stupid kid on fertility drugs, whatever the hell that means. I thought fertility drugs were just for women? But hey, the stadium looks so cool and there's pretty uniforms.

    No, it's not the most embarrassing loss. So many to choose from but the no-hitter is worse for me.

    Cause we need some younger infusion at a reasonable price. Not senior citizens.

    I think the only way we can get back into a top-level team is with some top notch Asian and maybe Cuban players. We're not going to get anything further out of the minors and too many players on the decline like Springer, Bo and Vladdy.

    I think when he was designated for assignment, we all just read that as released.

    Well if they wanted him to get some experience being with the team I get it, but otherwise I don't have a lot of faith in the roster management.

    Only after he's been sitting for a few days. Then he will get a start and his timing will be so off. I think I would have brought up Kasevich from AA since Jimenez is injured.

    I lived through the pre-1985 bullpens. No more please?!?

    Lukes is done -- hand surgery. Also just thinking: in summer the lefty bullpen pecking order was Mayza, Cabrera, then Little. I think that order has shifted Little up the order.

    Well, Votto is back playing in Florida so things could happen.

    I'm hoping Barger picks up a few at bats and performs as 3b-rf.

    I believe we need Horwitz's bat given the state of our offense, but can he really play at 2b?

    Only players worth watching in both those games were Barger and Orelvis. Both guys played different positions on those 2 games. My guess is Orelvis being considered for Roberts.

    There's been a few big moves around the league very recently. Just seems like a few players getting released.

    I got the idea that he was only playing everywhere to get a little experience, but more importantly to get some at bats while allowing Orelvis to gain some 3b experience. I'd like to hear what the plan is for him up here.
