  1. Agreed. We can trash JP for on field play rivalling that of a quadriplegic, but his community work and off-field charity work is amazing.
  2. Yup 0-8 and skipped the throw to the plate to give up the winning run in the 19th.
  3. My fiancée just cooked an amazing meal and because it's so hot here, served it while not wearing a shirt. I'm raising a different bar now...
  4. I'm at about 600, and that's it for today. I'm going insane
  5. I'd also like to point out that the starters for Buffalo in the doubleheader today are Wang and Bush.... that's just awesome.
  6. Ok now I know you're not serious. I'm quite relieved. For a moment I thought you were a blithering idiot.
  7. Friggin wind robbed me today. Colby crushed that ball in the third...
  8. On what do you base this opinion that he's soured on the international market?
  9. Put him in the GCL and he got in their doubleheader today. http://www.scblacknews.com/sports/1791-toronto-blue-jays-sign-benedicts-lydell-moseby
  10. Hit his 1st HR of the season yesterday also
  11. Exactly when the two pitches you do have are arguably the two best pitches in baseball, you can probably get by
  12. I don't care how bad thole's bat is , JPA should never catch Dickey.... Ever again
  13. Drabek hasn't even had any rehab starts over 2 innings so there's no way they'd let him start in the majors right now
  14. Lugnuts had the bases loaded with 2 outs, tied in the bottom of the ninth. Batter hits a groundball single, but Nessy(who was the runner on 1b) stopped running to 2b and turned around to join the mob of celebration. CF picked up the ball and ran to 2B with it, therby ending the inning with a force out, so the run didn't count, then the away team won the game in the 11th. THey had to point it our to the umps, who then had to confer to make sure it happened like that, who originally ruled that the run stands because the runner crossed the plate first ending the game (which of course is wrong in a force out situation) then they had to go into the Lugnuts dressing room and bring them back out onto the field to restart the game.
  15. There's a certain logic to what you're saying... but that's flawed logic. Yes, as the games remaining get lower, it is theoretically possible to win at a higher percentage of games with fewer wins... that's just math, but the same holds true for the other 7 teams they have to leapfrog to get in, so the odds of the Jays going on that miracle run while all other team simultaneously s***ing the bed is about as likely as the dogg ever touching a woman without her being tied up and gagged in a basement with soundproof walls and plastic on the floors.
  16. Safe bet since he can't get really get much worse. He's one of those guys that just needs to aim for the middle of the plate and let the sick movement on his stuff take over. He shouldn't be nibbling.
  17. When you test positive for a banned substance in MLB and MiLB, but you aren't in either of those leagues at the time, it's pretty hard to expect repercussions.
  18. Garza + weighted ball program = Cy Young. You heard it here first.
  19. Well sure ut only for dem all important savez that MLB still overvalues like crazy.
