  1. Well that's that. Our #1 pitcher is pitching like a 5, #2 like a 4 and everyone else like minor league depth
  2. Bah... Need to wait for your pitch Edwin, just because its 2-0 you can't assume to swing on anything....
  3. Lawrie just ends to reign in his swing a bit and get ack to spraying it around. He could still hit 20 HR with his bat speed
  4. Lawrie has great bat speed but he's got his weird loop in his swing that causes him to be behind even average fastballs on the inner half
  5. Think w see a bunt here with such a massive strike zone? Looks like runs will be hard to come by, gibbons might play some small ball
  6. I think Kawasaki could have ran that ball to first with Molina running. Man that dude is slow. He's one of the only guys that can barely score from third on a double.
  7. Blanco so far has got Buerhle about 4 strikes that JPA would have butchered
  8. Guys like Blanco should be in the minors as a catching coach
  9. Walk #3 taken away from the jays now with Rasmus getting the shaft...
  10. Lind is having some really good ABs this year, but he's just not hitting the hittable pitches.... And there it is, another gift from the ump....
  11. I like that JPA isn't catching... I hate that his replacement is as s***** as Blanco
  12. As long as people talk baseball with a bit of intelligence there won't be a problem. Incessant whining and complaining doesn't qualify as talking baseball.
  13. Well it would take about a 5 game win streak for me to eve start thinking about whether or not the jays have turned a corner. I just think there's so many holes in the lineup right now. The bench stinks because it's made up of nothing but specialists in one skill, and the 1 skill they do have isn't anywhere near good enough to make up for their deficiencies, and you can say the same for a lot of the regulars.
  14. Don't care. Post counts are for glory seeking douchecanoes.
  15. Bluefield is Rookie level ball. Basically guys who are just out of high school or debuting in the us from the Donovan leagues. Ages around 18-20. Vancouver is A level short season ball, usually those who were just drafted out of college, so already have a couple of years of higher level competition. Ages 21-22
  16. Naw. Just that people who want to talk baseball don't want to flooded with incessant whining.
