Vlad swing looks weird, like his timing is way off. Kinda swatting at the ball

Gonna need the slider a bit more today it looks like. One of the pitfalls of a 2 pitch pitcher is they can guess right 50% of the time. Also noticing right now that all his fastballs that have been hit are up. They kinda know that if the pitch is up its gonna be a fastball and can let loose.

Gausman is what Estrada wanted to be but he just didnt have a 95 mph fastball to pair with the lethal change.

Such a wacky pitch mix. Fastball and splitter is like 90% of his pitches, occasional change and slider.

Dont like that 3-0 swing there.... wasnt the right pitch. The way this guy was missing, i woulda been taking anything borderline and only turning loose on absolute meatballs
