  1. Olerud told us that Samuel Basallo is a better prospect than Vlad was and will stick at catcher. Don't worry, the saviour is coming.
  2. The washed up veteran Castillo. Mariners batters are sporting a .210/.312/.369 line. The wRC is ok, but that can't be a fun team to watch year after year.
  3. What year do you think this is? 🤣🤣
  4. None of this happens if you challenge Olson in the full count. Bad call by Heineman.
  5. This Braves starter has the best first name I have seen since Balfour was on the Rays. Hopefully he gets lit up.
  6. Is this the worst offensive outfield that the Blue Jays have ever fielded?

He's a heck of a coach. If Coach Pop isn't back, I'm hopeful that my Spurs can pick him up.
  8. Outside of Bassitt and Lucas, our rotation hasn't been that great. -Jaysblue
  9. Confirmation that the umpire legitimately stole yesterday's game from us. Our opponent has been favoured by umpires in every single game since our opening day loss to Baltimore. We have seen, by far, the most biased umpiring of any team at -4.6 runs. Boston is at +4 runs for the season. Over the course of a 162 game season, that would add up to a spread of 88 runs. That was the same as the difference between the 93 win Padres and the 77 win Reds last year.
  10. Blue Jays 2.48 starting rotation ERA is the lowest in franchise history through 14 games. 🤣🤣🤣
  11. So for strikes called balls, that's 9 in their favour and 2 in ours. Bassitt really did a remarkable job dealing with that BS.
  12. 3 strikes and 2 balls were thrown to Duran. He walked
  13. Hell yes. I was just about to say the same thing.
  14. Not a strike, but Buehler got that call every single time, all game.
  15. We haven't seen a team with defense this bad in a long time. Every game it's been something.
  16. Manny Gonzalez must be absolutely pissed that his favourite team is losing.
  17. Did a Jays player piss in this umps cornflakes or what? Thank god for Boston's absolutely horrendous defense. It has helped us all series long.
  18. I could hardly imagine a less likely scenario than PH Straw and Heineman starting a rally. Now please don't GIDP, Vlad.
  19. This ump is a f***ing buffoon. Having a consistently bad zone is one thing, but he's been openly biased towards Boston and has handed them a run here.
  20. Amazing catch George! f*** you Ump
  21. Buehler is getting a massive assist from the ump today. We should probably have a couple of runs, but they really don't know what to expect. Bassitt, on the other hand, is being squeezed and still spinning a gem.
  22. I like the Mariners pitching, but I don't think they ever had the offense to compete, even if a lot of things go right. A bit like the anti-red sux.
  23. There were several instances last season in which it was obvious that Gausman was tipping his pitches, particularly the splitter. I would hope that the tip was discovered and addressed during the off-season.
  24. I can't remember Bassitt's curveball looking as good as it has this season. So many silly swings.
