Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think the #11 pick is protected. I thought if you failed to sign the player with a comp pick, that you lose it. -
Pitchers continue to pussy foot around hitters when they're up 0-2. Just bury them. Instead, they get themselves into even or plus counts.
