    Is it really that silly though? Especially when you've done a better job so far to this point and then get demoted because of vetrin presents, potentially losing millions in earnings. I'd be a little choked too.

    Well to say Toronto isn't more desirable for pitchers now with Martin behind the dish as opposed to Donair or JPA probably isn't right. No they won't sign for pennies on the dollar, but a well respected back stop certainly doesn't hurt things in that regard.

    Thanks for stopping by Sean. Unfortunately, I don't have any memories of October 23, 1993 since I'm 24 as well. I can only imagine how exciting it must've been to be a Blue Jay fan on that night though! Hopefully our Jays can put together a good streak of baseball and give the next generation of fans something like October 23 to remember forever!
