    Makes way more sense than Freeman or Schwarber. Will be interesting if Jays can help him curb the K’s. If not he’s still a good bet for three wins at third which is a massive upgrade

    Early on I figured he’d be a piece of an Olson trade to Oakland but it’s entirely possible he’s an injury waiting to happen like BTS said. Either way I think they have to move on from him now, too many guys not enough AB’s. Roster resource has DJL on the bench (that contract looks bad rn)

    Vladdy is gonna be 3B eligible on Yahoo this year. He's not gonna play there every night but it looks like they're going to reward him for his hard work and at least see what he can do there.

    Freeman is only a fit if they think Vlad can play 3B. There's no way you can reasonably expect George Springer to not need to DH 20-30 games a year

    Two upside pitching prospects, a 4th OF and a backup catcher I would not be pleased with that return for a legit 40 homer middle of the order masher I hate the model of trading all star players for a casserole of players. Nothing about what Oakland or TB does is exciting to me.
