Well he does give you the very broad strokes about methodology: "based on age, level, position, and production with some regression baked in to handle small samples" It's still just a patently dumb exercise, where the only real interest any reader with half a clue would have in the list would be to just figure out the flaws in the methodology. It's is plain from the rankings that there are flaws. We know that the list is flawed because nobody should take Verdugo over Soto (and there are other relationships where there is just no obvious or apparent argument for the relative rankings).

B? The Groshans + Kloffenstein package seems nice, but it's impossible to say yet whether Liberatore + whoever would have been a better direction. Or even Winn or Gorman + whoever. Conine seems like a relatively risk/reward college guy. He might K 40% of the time, or have a .300 ISO in the minors... or both! Barger seems like a nice get and he kind of solidified the grading as a solid B for me. I like some of the crafty old guys they signed like Murray and Podkul. I don't know what to make of Wymer. What else is notable about the draft? Is anyone in the $125k range worth getting excited about at all? -

Judge is the type of player everyone assumes will break down and be a 1B, but he'll probably play RF until he retires. No matter what team he is on, there will always be some dumb/slow plug with ostensible power like Greg Bird that management wants to give playing time to at 1B. -

Pendleton is very wrong here Ottawa should have dealt Hoff for the picks, then maybe just signed a free agent or two to meet the cap floor lol. Demanding a skater for Hoffman is just absurd malpractice
