  1. Pretty sure the Jays' farm right now is in a better state than any of the farms under AA.
  2. Okay, that's understandable. Thanks for being such a good league member for so long. We'll try to get a replacement set up as soon as we can.
  3. https://www.bluejaysmessageboard.com/threads/25-A-Very-Darrelly-Dynasty-League?p=1278444#post1278444
  4. Bob McCown needs to f***ing retiiiiiirrrreeeeeeeee bitch
  5. I don't think anybody with a reasonable brain expects more than a decent RP
  6. Maybe we will put a pin in it for the weekend and you can reaffirm your decision on Monday? Don't be too hasty here.
  7. I've been spraying around offers including these players, trying to do a 2 for 1, so I figure I'll just post the names here publicly and if anyone is really hot for them they can make an offer. Cionel Perez Pablo Lopez Corey Dickerson Jose Martinez Jorge Polanco Prices vary a lot. Main focus is upgrading my MLB team. Perez and Lopez nuked the minors this year and they both have the stuff to back it up - very attractive young arms.
  8. Man I'd love to get him. I don't see the fit though.
  9. It's not a very valuable first. And the prospect is a PITCHER!
  10. Jose Martinez continues to ride the pine for the Cardinals. I wonder what type of deal they would need to trade him...
  11. Hate that for Dinger. Feels like a clearance price on Belt.
  12. I didn't even really like baseball until 2004. I tuned into the Yankees - Red Sox series probably because there was a super team, superstars, and the narrative was strong. Watching Boston come back from 3-0 and ultimately win the WS kind of hooked me. So yeah, I guess dynasty teams matter.
  13. It's sad, but at least he's going to catch and get a chance to actually play. Cleveland seemed to have no interest in giving him a real shot. Full-time C in SD is better than part-time 3B/OF in CLE. In related news, Michael Kopech f***ing blows and will maybe be a Mitch Williams type closer.
  14. Patrick Murphy touches 98? okay then.
  15. If Teoscar hits the ball hard enough to overcome his approach issues, then Frazier surely has a chance. He's probably a tick better than Teoscar at nearly everything, right?
  16. It just seems like good RHRP are so common these days. Every good team likely already has enough of them, and even if they feel like they need to add they are probably setting their sights higher than Toronto's dudes. Maybe.
  17. There might not be much of a market for any (or all) of these guys.
  18. I'm actually shocked that Oh's numbers are good. For some reason I thought he was having a very mediocre, 0.0 WAR type season and giving up a bunch of dingers.
  19. Everyone in Buffalo kind of sucks. I'm guessing we'll see Urshela again. Is Pompey healthy?
  20. I guess we need some... safe spaces
  21. He should fire his agent lol

He probably gets less Love because he won't play the Cavs as much
  23. I'm not, I just don't see the appeal to signing a 36 year old Free Agent to a sticker price contract so that the team can maybe lose the division by less than a double digit gap. And I don't really assume that Happ would be keen on coming back anyway, not unless Toronto is making some type of push that doesn't seem likely or smart. I'd rather just give Dad a cheap one year deal to eat up some innings. He's more likely to want to come back to Toronto - seems very comfortable. Zeuch, Pannone, Borucki, Romano, SRF, Harris are all going to be like, 25 years old anyway.
