    I dunno. I buy it at a very granular level, but the problem with most things that purport to be fat loss boosters is that your body and metabolism adapt. Like, cardio burns calories but it's not really an amazing long term weight loss strategy at all because human metabolisms adapt. There are hunter-gatherer tribes where people go 40,000 steps a day. So yeah thermogenesis, burning calories, it makes sense but I bet people get hungrier or whatever after being in cold water for 2 hours. We should ask Ohtani about it at the press conference

    good for you man keep going. i know from what you are doing in school that it's a whole lifestyle change for you, which is perfect. I imagine that once you get under like, 300 lbs it will feel completely different. Like, whole new movements will be accessible to you and s***.

    Absolutely Although, you know people will still complain if he lands with the Dodgers. It's a weird one. A month ago I didn't even expect Toronto to be a contender for him, now they appear to be a finalist. Perhaps they are being used by Ohtani to drive up the Dodgers contract, but so be it if that's the case.

    If they could somehow pull Ohtani and Yamamoto.... You probably just dump Manoah to fill one of the holes and then cheap out at the other positions.

    I am kind of shocked that the Reds went for Candelario. They have so many infielders already. He is going to be a 1B/DH for them. And he had leverage as the #2 third baseman on the market. Now everybody knows they like, HAVE to trade India.
