  1. Processed these. Gave myself #24 because that's what you said in the trade note on Yahoo.
  2. I am on the road so cannot process anything. Approve or the Niese trade though.
  3. Yeah, I think promoting Hoffman might make sense for you.
  4. 13. Three of your picks are after 100 though
  5. I'm going to go ahead and cut Jose Ramirez and Victor Arano from my farm. Also, Chris Taylor is available for a middling pick upgrade. Guy is getting starting reps at SS and hit like .300/.400 in the minors. One of you might want him for *free.
  6. Reminder! Our draft is soon! Cut down deadline will be Monday at midnight (I think that's what I said earlier)... Cuts can be posted here, posted in Yahoo, or emailed to Me, Dinger, BTS, Boxy, or North. You have to cut down to 12 picks+prospects at the deadline. If you don't, any surplus draft picks will disappear. Extra picks don't stick around after the cutdown to give you a chance to trade them, so get trading NOW. Lots of s***** prospects are owned in this dum league so get cutting now too. Our draft starts on the last day of the real life draft. 12 hour windows with no timeouts overnight. You can trade MiLB assets during the draft, as usual, but the trades have to be even on both sides in terms of # of minor league assets.
  7. I agree. Hopefully his skills change and he becomes a viable SP.
  8. Let me be the first in this thread, tonight, to explicitly maintain the opinion than Aaron Sanchez still blows as a SP. I'd set the O/U on his rest of season ERA at 4.50. I hold this opinion because I have confidence in my ability to interpret statsy baseball info
  9. I'm not saying that he sucks. The position, age, and hit tool all seem nice. But it's not like he's having a breakout or anything
  10. Hard for me to get very excited about Urena's HR total when it only comes with a ~.140 ISO. Seven homers... and only six doubles. It's not even really a power uptick.
  11. Holy f***, SRF's K rate is massive. Soaring up the Jays rankings.
  12. If you only get 6 years of control, then a lot of those picks are very bad. A lot of elite vets like Donaldson and Miggy should have gone much higher. I was in a bit of a disagreement on twitter with someone that said Donaldson wouldn't project to be top 30 in WAR over the next 6 years (starting in 2016). I figured that he would pretty easily, given how elite he is right now, and how he's still young enough that he might still peak for another couple of years.
  13. Yea he real good. I still think the pick of the draft was Jesus Montero though.
  14. Looking to flip Jon Niese for a draft pick. Best reasonable offer today probably gets him. 28 years old with 5 straight years of an xFIP between 3.84 and 3.28. ERA between 3.40 and 3.71 for 3 straight seasons too.
  15. How f***ing bizarre is this Devin Mesoraco thing? The Reds want him to play the rest of the season as an OF now, and then have surgery on his hip after the season. They are like 12 games back right now and Mesoraco projects for a 107 wRC+ - not exactly the type of offense that would make him an asset as a s***** defensive corner outfielder.
  16. Anthony Rendon never really comes off the DL though - he just takes brief vacations from it.
  17. My boys! Also own Carrasco in the LoD and could have had Archer in this league (but I picked Beachy over him in the Anibal deal, lmao)
  18. Wow, Jason Heyward is hitting eighth today. Kind of crazy how good he's been IRL but how much of a fantasy let down he is
  19. Better than a 1B that has never hit 20 homers? You're really going out on a limb there, bud.
  20. Wait, if people are ahead of him on a spectrum, does that mean they are more or less autistic?
  21. Looks like I dealt Scherzer at just the right time. There aren't many red flags redder than giving up 2 HR to Kevin Pillar
  22. Not sure, but if they are, I'll sell you David Wright for 1 of them
