Interesting asset. He could work on a contender as a late week SB play. Or, start him all week if you have a great offense that can carry him, because Hamilton alone gives you like an ~85% chance to win SB.

Yeah, they could really use a promising young CF to supplant Bourn. They don't really have anything on the horizon. With Pillar emerging as a useful player and Alford breaking out, Pompey could probably be the 1A or 1B in a Carrasco deal. IIRC, Zimmer and Frazier profile in the corners and Naquin suxxxxxx

I understand why you would be hesitant to trade him for a couple of those names, I guess. But if you value him that highly then nobody will give you what you want for him. He just needs to do this for a bit longer to establish substantial value.

I'd still probably take Boogers, Miller, Reyes, Peralta, Desmond over him too. Also Corey Seager, obviously. And JP Crawford too.
