Our cut down date thingy will be day 1 of the real life MLB draft. As usual, surplus picks disappear immediately at the cut down. Nobody is allowed to go over 12 picks + prospects during the draft, so any trades during the draft need to be even on the minor league side. At a glance, I don't see any owned prospects that need to be forcibly promoted.
