Its funny, Bautista was super unprofessional and yet Atkins and Shapiro are taking blame for avoiding contract conversation.

Funny, the Reds went to the playoffs 3 times with Jay Bruce as their everyday RF. He was a big part of their offense. I know He sucked in 2014, and wasn't much better in 2015, but he could bounce back.

If we were supposed to send any prospects in the deal, then i'm glad it got cancelled. Bruce is not worth losing any of our top 10 prospects.

Except, it won't. Not unless the other aspects of his offense improve or revert back to 2010-2013. Bruce was terrible in 2014 and 2015

Hey guys hear me out here... What if Bruce is going to the ANGELS, not the Jays? That would make alot more sense... We could trade Saunders and get some kind of prospect or something, and then sign Austin Jackson.

Apparently a 3-way deal is in place. Saunders to LAA, prospect from LA to Cincy, Jay Bruce to the Jays. Ken Rosenthal has been tweeting about it so it must be legit. No deal is confirmed right now though, and no teams have commented yet.
