I think i’d do it. Helps solidify the OF for next year with CF being in question. Gives us a better bat to stick in the top half of the lineup. His 2025 numbers were pretty similar to his career norms (minus his terrible 2021 and MVP 2019)
-
Yeah that’s an insane injury and recovery time lol. What a guy
-
If only we could combine Santander and Gimenez into a single player lol
-
I agree, the offseason so far feels incomplete after losing Bo and not replacing him with a bat to plug in the top of the lineup
-
I think Skubal is one also. No conflict of interest there lol
-
Yup. Maybe Okamoto is our best hitter next year. Maybe Varsho becomes the leadoff hitter. You really never know. Lets not forget, we began 2025 with Gimenez as our cleanup hitter lol.
-
Yeah, there were signs that Bo didn’t really want to come back here. It is what it is. Its frustrating that we always seem 1 more piece away from having a perfect offseason. Like yes this was a great offseason, but feels like we needed 1 finishing touch to put the cherry on top. Kinda feels like we may be done.

I hope we don’t massively overpay for Bellinger now…
-
Yup and he can still sign a long-term when he hits free agency again at age 30. This sucks, i wonder if 8/250 would have been enough

What the f*** -
But i was told the Dodgers are good for baseball!!!
-
This just makes me even more angry that we let the Dodgers steal the WS from us when it was RIGHT. THERE. Hopefully they get bounced in the DS this year and we don’t need to hear any more “threepeat” nonsense

We have Luis Robert at home! His name is Eloy
-
Probably yeah. To bring the AAV down. And also to evade taxes for the player.
-
I heard Skubal is one of the MLBpa reps. Lol
-
Kyle Tucker is the highest paid player in baseball. Bahahaha
-
I think Bo gets 300 now.
-
This deal might’ve just sealed the deal for a lockout next year lol
-
Can’t wait to see that 50% of the contract is deferred Deferrals definitely not a problem nope
-
Yeah thats an insane deal, he’d be dumb not to take that

He reminds me of Musk a bit, idiot troll with 0 self-awareness. I really hope Tucker doesn’t choose the Mets now lol
