  1. You clearly don’t remember how that offseason went
  2. Its nice to have a payroll like a large-market team should
  3. 3 years of Shane Baz could end up only actually being like 50 starts too lol.
  4. From what I remember, thats all they get. Nice chunk of change for the rookies but means nothing for the vets. Its part of the reason MLBpa uses the expanded playoffs as a bargaining chip, since they basically get nothing out of it.
  5. I don’t necessarily agree with that, goddamn. Just proves how much our society is fixated on money as the be all end all. Does this also apply to random joe blow who decides to work at a non-profit for 60k vs work for some big corporation (that contributes a net negative to society) for 100k+?? Is he doing a “disservice” to his family?? Man sometimes I feel our society has their values completely f***ed up and backwards
  6. The good ones are the 0.0001% then.
  7. I was thinking more Anthony Kay
  8. I like Miller, but we still need an elite closer like Diaz or Hader IMO. Would the dodgers do a Diaz for Hoffman swap to shave some payroll? We could throw in Nathan Lukes to sweeten the pot
  9. Oh how the mighty have fallen
  10. What kinda moronic take is this
  11. What team’s bullpen impresses you?
  12. If Bo gets less than 200mil he should be a Blue Jay, no question.
  13. Can you imagine Vladdy AND Marte laying an absolute beatdown on the Yankees in the postseason for a 2nd straight year? Trade the farm
  14. Doesn’t make any sense at all. What casual even knows who Kyle Tucker is? He’s not some superstar, just merely a really good player.
  15. Fkn love this vid, seems like a great dude. Hope he has a good year for us
  16. Im honestly so glad Cohen and his arrogant ass couldn’t just come in a build a good team through free agency/throwing money around. Dude does not understand baseball, a team is built from the minor leagues first and foremost.
  17. Man if you thought Little was frustrating to watch
  18. You would still be clenching your buttcheeks with Josh Hader.
  19. The Blue Jays are in agreement with free agent reliever Tyler Rogers on a three-year, $37MM contract, reports Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic. The deal includes an $11MM vesting option for the 2029 season.
  20. https://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2025/12/blue-jays-tyler-rogers-agree-to-three-year-deal.html
  21. Tucker/Bo move the needle far more than any RP signing would. The bullpen is fine. As of now, we have a Bo-sized hole in the lineup, and room either at 2B/3B/OF to add someone. Bo or Tucker is a must IMO, or at the very least Bellinger
  22. I agree with the idea of not spending big money on RP. But what exactly are you considering “truly elite”, because Suarez is definitely up there and has more saves than anyone over the last 2 seasons. This is RP stats for 2024+2025
