Honestly baserunning was the difference this series. Several key moments that didn’t go our way. With better baserunning we probably win one of these games we lost. -
That’s unacceptable for a guy that was brought in to pinch run. Unreal. The front office infatuation with IKF probably cost is a World Series lol

Kudos to Pages for holding on. GG on Roberts for that defensive sub because Edman probably doesn’t make that play.

Yeah he was probably scared to get doubled off on 3rd after what happened with him in a previous game + Barger the day before. But like… that leadoff is pitiful

So my thought process there was to let DS play LF for the 9th and hold Straw to pinch run for Bo next inning in case the Dodgers tied it. Felt like they would probably tie it on a homer (likely Ohtani) if anything so LF probably wouldn’t matter and DS can hold it down for an inning. I get wanting to put Straw out there for better defense though. And unfortunately the Dodgers did tie it on a homer and Bo did get on base and Straw would’ve been useful there. IKF just sucks a huge one. He is not a good baserunner

True yeah, the Ranger took 12 years to get back to the WS and won with a lesser team. Really fkn sucks to lose this because it was right within reach. Hopefully we can pull a 2014/15 Royals and run it back

If only Kike was 50lbs heavier and Pages wasn’t able to just bowl him over.

He was used as a pinch runner several times this series and he f***ed up like every time. Too bad Straw was subbed in earlier than necessary because he should’ve been in that spot.

It took 7 games, extra innings twice, a s*** ton of lucky bounces, and a Madbum performance to beat this team. So proud of the Jays, just sucks they couldn’t get that last foot past the finish line.
