    As pretty much half the board predicted when that trade was made.

    Agreed, the only thing I can think of is that they literally mapped out these DH days for Springer before the season even started, and they aren’t willing to adapt or budge from that set plan.

    Yeah Zimmer is here because Shapiro and Atkins drafted him in Cleveland. They clearly have an unjustified hard on for him. Hoping they are resting guys today in favor of fielding a full-strength lineup tomorrow against Skubal.

    Its getting a bit ridiculous IMO, but I suppose if it prevents injuries then sure.
