  1. Kind eyes.
  2. Where's this booby pic?
  3. I don't really think Russ is that hot, sorry guys. Great bod in that pic, but the face doesn't do anything for me. #nohetero
  4. No, but your earlier post does. Don't worry, it gets better.
  5. Grant is too homophobic/repressed homsexual for this, let's bring in Boxy to run it.
  6. I met Pillar on the street and I can confirm he's goodlooking. In fact I was crossing the street and said to myself, "damn that guy is handsome" before I even realized it was him. He had his hair done, beard nicely trimmed. He's a stud.
  7. I would have voted for NJH too if I was a big enough loser to vote in this s***.
  8. A bid which I predicted within $500K on the old board. 8)
  9. Happ finished with 3.3 fWAR, good for 28th among SPs, and right in company with guys that we would consider #2s like Lackey, Lynn, Liriano, CarMart. If an SP2 is a pitcher in the Top 30-60 range in all of baseball, then Happ is a guy who performed as a #2 last year. SP2s don't get $20M AAV. Samardzija didn't, Iwakuma didn't, Lackey didn't. Zimmerman got $22M AAV, but he's been a Top 15 pitcher over the last 3 years.
  10. The Nationals mismanaging their payroll and/or not making the playoffs has nothing to do with Scherzer until he provides a poor return on his salary, which so far has been far from the case.
  11. Irrelevant question. The Nats got 6.4 WAR (approx $50M value) from Scherzer for only $22M salary. It's not Max's fault the rest of the team (minus Harper) shat the bed. Scherzer was so good in 2015 that he could provide 0 WAR in 2016 and the Nats would still break even on the first two years of his deal.
  12. You aren't aging?
  13. "Which worked out for the Red Sox, not so well for the Dodgers, who rather than trust Greinke at $35M at age 37, chose Hisashi Iwakuma at $15M at age 37. And the Dodgers will move on to another starting pitcher or two, one perhaps being Kenta Maeda, the 27-year old righthander who will be posted by the Hiroshima Carp this week. If the Diamondbacks have enough money left from signing Greinke, they will be in on Maeda, who has had a 1.60 or better earned run average for six straight years, whose wife twice took semesters studying in the U.S. and speaks English, who is a friend of Iwakuma." http://www.gammonsdaily.com/peter-gammons-dombrowski-ensuring-an-equiped-red-sox-pitching-staff/
  14. We bid on Chapman and Darvish. Good thing we missed out though, those guys ended up being terrible.
  15. Maeda is probably going to get close to $100M, over and above his posting fee. It's hard to see Shapiro being willing to shell out that much on an unknown commodity when a solid mid-rotation starter like Wei-Yin Chen can be had for half of that. I would love to see us sign Maeda and have him become the next Darvish, I just don't see it happening.
  16. He's going to go to LAD. 1) Closest to Japan. 2) Loads of money. 3) Good buddies with Kuma.
  17. I would probably join another DDL clone tho, if one popped up.
  18. The way I see it, this is like taking on 4 new leagues, and I already have too many. I also don't see how this league could be administered, since we can barely maintain interest in non-baseball dynasty leagues. No one wanted to do a football one, the NBA one collapsed after one season, and WTDPL is pretty much an afterthought.
  19. God no. Way too much work, and Fantrax is a dealbreaker.
  20. And a high 1st to boot, nice haul for Jhonny.
  21. Dancing is f***ing. If you can't dance, you probably can't f***.
  22. Hi-me is probably my #3 lol. f*** you sg.
  23. I'm pretty offended that no one voted me Biggest Disappointment.
