    He didn't name names, he didn't call anybody out. He is the vocal leader of this team, when the media asks him a pointed question, he gives a candid but respectful answer. I don't think anything he said was disrespectful to any of his peers. More importantly, he leads by example.

    Seriously, who the f*** is Aledmys Diaz? How do the Cards just have a guy who they DFAed recently come up and immediately start mashing at shortstop. I'm going on the record right now and saying he will turn in a better fantasy season than Trevor Story.

    I don't see why not. I drafted him as a mid-rotation starter, which he had been for several years. And it's not like he's old or he was throwing 87. He was 25 and coming off a year where he avged 94 MPH on his FB and had a 3.45 FIP. I drafted him right around guys like Mat Latos, JA Happ, and Josh Tomlin. I think that's fine. He's just been hilariously awful, much worse than even his haters should have expected.

    I'm not so sure. I mean a sub-3 ERA isn't going to stick, but he could be useful all year. He's had sub-4 FIPs in 8 of the last 9 seasons and the peripherals look promising.
