    Ok, maybe "great" pitching was a stretch, but Keuchel/Lester/Richards/Odorizzi is a strong top 4 and you have 2 elite relievers.

    Yeah, a 4.5% K rate is freaking ridiculous. It's so weird cause he was a garbage hitter to start 2015, got DFA'ed, nobody claimed him, and then suddenly he turned into Miguel Cabrera with SS eligibility.

    Boxy, I'm happy for you and Aledmys. The pop is a pleasant surprise for sure. I will ride his sweet magic BABIP carpet as far as I possibly can in PL.

    Also his curve doesn't appear to have mid-season break just yet. He kinda sucked to start last year so I'll reserve my worries for now, but Storen is a f***ing batting practice piece of s*** at the moment. He gained weight and lost velo, everything is juicy.

    He doesn't appear to trust his fastball at all right now, he's getting really predictable with throwing the curve which neuters it's effectiveness. He can throw his curve for strikes, but not 60+% of the time, so batters are just spitting on it. That's my anecdotal take, anyway.

    I got Papelbon for a 2nd after the cut. Maybe he's not a "good" reliever per se, but he is a mid-tier closer.

    Yeah, 3 games under .500 and 15% thru the season, I would hope they're not happy with that.

    He does that a lot. He's actually a smart baserunner and aggressive relative to his speed. He knows his limitations and he knows which OFers he can run on. He ran on Eaton the other day and it didn't work out, but I think it was a reasonable decision given Eaton's arm and the way the ball was put in play. If a throw is perfect, you tip your cap. Edwin is by no means a liability on the bases.

    Edwin is a much better baserunner than you guys are giving him credit for. Ortiz' BSR is routinely between -4 and -9, Edwin is usually in the neutral range. I don't want him blowing out a quad trying to leg out an infield single on a routine ground ball.
