    Considering where spittin is in the standings and the direction of the team, it's an excellent trade for him. DeGrom's value will never be higher and this is probably the last chance to get a share of Eloy before he debuts and potentially becomes an untouchable monster. There's not a single pitcher in dynasty baseball that I would trade Vlad for, but I can understand why the drunks would do this to separate them from the contender herd.

    That's less than a Qualifying Offer, and the Jays will certainly QO Donaldson if he doesn't get traded. Actually, if he accepted a QO next year, that may be the best case scenario at this point.

    Yeah, it's pretty crazy. His horrendous start had him looking like a DFA candidate, but since he got benched for partying he's been scorching hot and is now at 110 wRC+ for the season somehow.
