    A gambling addiction will probably leave you in financial ruin which can ruin your life for decades or until the day you die even if you get help. It's just so normalized these days, heck you can gamble in videogames in the form of microtransactions which exposes the vice to soooooooooooooo many kids. It's a lost battle.

    I think I saw somewhere that gambling is the cause of more suicides than any other drug or alcohol addiction. Not sure if it's true. I wouldn't mind if gambling and alcohol commercials were banned. Don't really care if Rogers or the sports leagues made less money because of it.
