    I wasn't trying to work you up. The Jays have a very good scouting staff... Despite what "experts" think on here. What are you 16?18? Do you really think you can make a better pick the people that have been doing this most of their lives? But at least your putting your time in reading up on everyone.

    I know.... I actually spent a few minutes trying to find the youngest player in the whole organization... no luck... then I was going to look for the biggest scrub in A ball...... but then settled on DJ Davis.

    Maybe... but Reyes really isn't that good of a short stop... defensively. Even though he's not a very good offensive ss... I would rather find a way to get Adeiny Hechavarria back and have him at ss with Reyes at 2nd base and Kawasaki utility. I wonder who we would have to throw in with JPA to get Mathis and Hechavarria back?

    Kawasaki is a better defensive shortstop then Reyes is.... He can barely hit the ball out of the infield... but man does he put up a good patient ab.

    Since Ortiz is up, I can no longer call him a prospect. But judging by the numbers you put up, I would probably have him right after Juan Perez at 17, but before Eugenio Velez at 19. I could see Conseco really rocketing up the charts though.... if he can put up the power numbers. I can only give him a 3 (on the 2 to 8 scale) for his speed... and his lack of a true fielding position, I fear will hold him back. We already have Lind and EE locked up at 1st base and DH........... Also, there is an upcoming rape investigation.... which is a whole new can of worms.

    Drabek needs to spend a good year in the minors. When you have to draw a line on the mound, in order where to know where to land... You're not ready.
