Lawrie The guy looked like a cornerstone/franchise changing type of player when he first came up and now he's barely even major league worthy. I wouldn't be surprised if he got demoted within the next month or two. A massive bust.

The Marlins deal looks bad, but at the end of teh day we gave up some half decent prospects and took on salary. Not a HUGE deal. A big deal, but not a HUGE deal. The Dickey trade looks like a downright franchise crippler. Trading a potential COTF and a top of the rotation starter for a guy who doesn't even look like he belongs in the majors.

In regards to Negrych... What does it take for a player to get full health coverage for the rest of their life, one appearnace in the bigs? I thought I read that somewhere before. Get this man some health insurance!!!

Good stuff but can't throw strikes. If he can get into a groove where he can consistently command everything he might go on a good 20-30 inning run for them. He clearly shouldn't be DFA'd. Give him a chance until he blows up and then dump him.

It clearly isn't Arencibia. People are confusing being incredibly irritating with being stupid. Adam Lind/Davis are really slow. Lind can barely string his words together. But he has a great OBP this year so it;'s all good.

Perez was good in ST. Kinda like a Luis Perez type of guy. Herky jerky delivery with some explosive stuff. He'll blow up like all gas cans evebtually do but you ride this bandwagon as far as you can.
