    Seriously though, when was the last time a Jays fan could actually be excited about a position player in the UPPER minors? Probably Snider off the top of my head. We were all super hyped for him. This is exciting.

    Giles is a pretty damn good reliever as well. Not saying I like the trade but this isn't Osuna for a steaming pile of s***. We could easily flip Giles for more prospects.

    Carrera had some huge moments for us in the 2016 playoffs. If it wasn't for him, there is no chance we win that WC game against Baltimore that year. Obvious move is obvious but he had some positive contributions for us that can't be forgotten.

    I lost my father to drowning just over three months ago. When something sudden like this happens.. the pain is absolutely unbearable. Doc's family is in my thoughts and prayers. This is absolutely gut wrenching. Horrible. Retire his number immediately. Classiest Jay of all-time. Cheers Doc. It was a pleasure watching you pitch.
