Yes AA has surplus pieces to spare, to get anyone in baseball, even Trout, and still have a horde of high value controllable assets. Pretty hard to f*** it up, but its AA so who knows.

Maybe. When is Trout a FA again? 2020. AA and Braves have a chance to be a powerhouse for a long time. I get that they have a surplus of pitching prospects, but they would be better off converting thise into longer term assets?

I like jansen, he's a valuable asset. Doesnt mean he's untouchable. I have little doubt shatkins will listen on offers.
