Seems to be a no brainer Shatkins will grab a couple of Rule 5 pitchers to toss in the bullpen and use in low leverage situations? And have a regular Toronto-Buffalo shuttle to keep the other bullpen arms fresh?

All trolling aside, Reds would no doubt take Stroman and Giles for Trammell. It would be a Jays overpay, who else from the Reds would be a target to even it up? Bautista?

I suspect we won't see any FA signings until February, with Shstkins working the leftovers at discounts. Focused more right now on potential stroman, Sanchez, Giles trades maybe?

Hernandez is perfect for the bulk of the DH duties. Chance if he doesn't have to deal with being a s*** fielder, he gets a whole lot better at the plate.

Doubt anyone signs him to be a SS. To be a 1B/DH type and see if there's anything left in the bat, maybe. On a short leash.

Last time we saw a 'healthy' Tulo manning SS he was average at best. Range was mediocre. He would be worse now, 2 years later. Can only see him as a 1B/DH and emergency sub around the IF. An AL bench piece.
