  1. Then won't have to check the sub-boards separately
  2. Hey Brock can you amend things so the latest posts across all sub-boards can be listed? I.e. a new posts listing
  3. You haven't really played until you play against the best
  4. He's battled injuries. Depends on his health, and fitness. He's still in his prime
  5. Where things go doesn't really matter if there was the option to list all the threads with the threads with the latest posts at top
  6. You should. "Craig Biggio's son signs with the Royals"
  7. By the way, don't be fooled by the BORED acronym. This is an enjoyable competitive league. BORED = Bringer of Rain Elite Dynasty League Yes, it has existed since Josh Donaldson first started hitting 💣 for the Jays.
  8. Crikes Let's stick to baseball please. This isn't a schoolyard
  9. A healthy Minter is an elite reliever who can be a closer, given the chance
  10. Kenny Ken and Passan chime in only after the news is confirmed by one of the parties. This can be quite awhile after an 'insider' posts a rumour. Anyway, Moncada is exactly the kind of bounce back guy the Jays need, plural
  11. This is a different player. Not Ha-Seong
  12. Dude I made playoffs in 4 of my 5 fantasy leagues last year, won one and was in the final of two others. I know how to build a winner
  13. Generally a player loses value as the clock to free agency ticks down. But this is not always true as others have alluded. The ideal scenario will be Vlad is a 150+ wRC bat before the break, the Jays are 10 games below .500, and someone like Freeman or Olson suffers a season ending injury. Being the Jays, won't happen.
  14. By the way it's often not a matter of mechanical adjustments, but pitchers making changes to how they attack a hitter. The hitter then needs to adjust the plate approach. So it is possible the Jays see something in the data and think they can make an effective adjustment to approach.
  15. Gimenez true talent with the bat should be somewhere between his 2022 and 2024 results. With the defense, this is a very valuable player. A good deal by Atkins
  16. It really depends on overall team outlook, otherwise you end up with the Angels/Trout scenario. By the above consideration, I don't think a Vlad extension overpay is in the Jays interest. Given his body, good chance Vlad is in serious decline when the Jays start a new competitive cycle (4-5 yrs?)
  17. No need to repeat what I said
  18. The threshold is based on end of season payroll. They can go over and if the bed is shitted on, the firesale will get them back under
  19. Shapiro + AA >> Shapiro + Atkins Too bad the former didn't happen
  20. Cheapass bet
  21. List of teams in a worse position than Blue Jays: Colorado Rockies
  22. Problem is your love fest for Eloy as a building block.
  23. Just seeing this. Way to change the goalposts lol
