  1. Oh my god, I love it! http://oi58.tinypic.com/2q1sxuc.jpg
  2. Is there a rules file that I could peruse somewhere online for this league?
  3. I don't even use a proxy, and I've had exactly zero issues with getting Jays games (in Calgary) through MLB.tv for the last few seasons.
  4. I realize that. I just felt the need to point that part out, being the pedantic ******* that I am lol.
  5. ...if longer than 45 days. Yes.
  6. Awesome. I'm looking forward to it.
  7. Looking great, Spittin. Any chance of doing this for BBDL?
  8. Rookie Davis.
  9. I'm starting to wish I'd joined this league when I had the chance.
  10. Merry Christmas, everyone! It's good Christmas weather here in Calgary: two or three inches of snow on the ground and currently -20.

I think the Steelers will come out of the AFC. They're rolling at the right time. Too bad about Bell, but even despite his absence I think they advance to the Super Bowl.
  12. Yeah, seriously. And cold AF.
  13. Not Puig.
  14. I'm moderately intrigued by the Penny signing. He could become a pretty nice relief option if he's willing to come out of the 'pen, which I'd have to assume he'd be fine with.
  15. Kevin Gray, that f***er.
  16. Meh. As far as circle jerks go, it's only mediocre.
  17. Mets getting Asdrubal.
  18. Pretty much. Nothing of crazy significance given up, imo. Seems totally worth it for Houston.
  19. Zolecki tweets there's a fourth player involved.
  20. Hendriks is a reliever - albeit a good one - and therefore is anything but irreplaceable. Good relievers pop up all the time, year-to-year. There's nothing wrong with acquiring proven, solid back-end rotation depth in November, February, April, July - any time of the year. The trade was fine, and it certainly does not prevent the Jays from making a subsequent, and more significant, addition to their rotation. Depth is a good thing.
  21. You do understand that having a top farm system is kind of vital to the likelihood of future and sustained success, right?
  22. Okay then, just for feces and jocularity, let's compare his career stats to his playoff numbers: Regular season: 1441 IP, 3.37 SIERA, 82 xFIP-, 3.35 xFIP Playoffs: 47 IP, 3.21 SIERA, 94 xFIP- 3.79 xFIP Even if you want to put stock into the narrative that he's not a playoff performer because he buckles under the pressure like Ray Finkle, Price is still expected to be above average over a larger sample.
  23. LOL. But that's exactly what that is: a small sample size. You're throwing out almost 1500 IP in favour of 50 IP here.
  24. It's pretty obvious that this team is so talented that they won the division in spite of Gibbons' atrocious in-game management. He is not a good manager.
