Crosby out of the all-star game, while John Scott is in, is hilarious.

  3. Is there a "Meh" option with this poll? AA to the Dodgers is interesting.

Roslovic, too. In fact, most of Team USA's bottom 6 could easily be replaced.

  6. Plus, he's 32. Have to factor that in.
  7. AL Central: Royals: Lorenzo Cain Tigers: Miguel Cabrera Twins: Miguel Sano Indians: Corey Kluber (a toss-up between him, Carrasco, and Lindor) White Sox: Chris Sale Having both Sano and Cabrera would likely force the team to trade EE (if the team wants to keep EE, then I guess Dozier from the Twins). The Indians have 3 players I could choose from and have no issue with. Sale is obvious.
  8. Angels: Rent Garrett Richards 10 year contract to Trout Doubt the KBO wants Pujols' contract, so I guess Jered Weaver?
  9. Fair enough. That Phillies roster has very little beyond Nola and Franco. Their farm is a lot sexier.
  10. AL East: Blue Jays: Josh Donaldson Yankees: Michael Pineda Red Sox: David Price (Can make an argument for Betts or Boegarts) Rays: Chris Archer Orioles: Manny Machado
  11. Would require moving Tulo off SS (or trading him).
  12. Replace Hamels with Yu Darvish, and I completely agree.
  13. NL East: Mets: Noah Syndergaard (could choose any of their top 3 pitchers) Nationals: Bryce Harper Braves: Freddie Freeman Marlins: Giancarlo Stanton Phillies: Aaron Nola? A rotation consisting of Syndergaard, Stroman, Nola, Happ, and Dickey/Estrada would be good. Freeman would replace the Smoakabello platoon. Harper is obvious. If one of EE/Bautista is traded, then Stanton fits on this team. If not, then picking Jose Fernandez is understandable.
  14. I see everyone is interested in the bonus question. lol
  15. It didn't seem to matter much according to BBB, so no. Also, if necessary, prospects can be included.
  16. Yes, I'm taking this from Bluebird Banter, but I thought it was a fun exercise. As well, I know that the offseason isn't over and more transactions will be done. Anyway, it goes as follows: If you could take one player off each team within each division and put him on the Jays, who would you pick? For example, of the 5 teams in the AL Central, which 5 players from each team would you want to roster on the Jays. Future value would be something to consider. Take into consideration the players already on the Jays roster. Bonus question: If you had a choice of taking one player off of each NL Central team or 5 players off of the Chicago Cubs, which would you choose?

Blackhawks trade Trevor Daley to the Pens in exchange for Rob Scuderi. Pens pay 1/3rd of Scuderi's salary.
  18. Speaking of this - Yank the win. It's a stupid stat that forces teams to make stupid decisions.
  19. If teams are willing to implement the usage of relief pitchers after the SP went through the order twice, then these moves will make more sense.
  20. An alternative explanation - Teams saw the Royals success in the 2015 postseason and want to replicate their bullpen. Of course, there are savvy teams paying boatloads for relief pitchers, but that may play a role.
  21. Good music isn't just found in pop music. There is electronica, jazz, minimalist, alternative rock/metal/etc., so on and so forth. The reason why we think the good music was from the 70's and 80's is because those are the ones that survived the test of time. The bad ones were forgotten. With every Justin Bieber, there is a Daft Punk.
  22. Current pop music relies on beats that producers have found to please fans for the past few decades, while the failures are discarded. This is why most of it sounds similar. It's basically survival of the fittest, or musical evolution if you want to call it that. Overall, the process is interesting, but the results bore me (with few exceptions).
  23. Most pop music sucks.
  24. Jays still have Tulo, Donaldson, Travis, Pillar, and Martin after 2016, so there is still room there.
  25. The Jays lineup is the best in the AL. The Cubs lineup is the best in the NL. The Cubs have a superior rotation. I'm jelly.
