I didn't say one is better than the other. Just similar in terms of shooting.

The more I look into T-Ross' stats, the more I wonder why he gets more s*** than DeRozan. In the regular season, each shoot about as efficiently as the other: T-Ross' career TS% is at 53.2% vs. DeRozan's 52.9% (which shocked me). The big difference between them, at least this year? T-Ross has been a better defender than DeRozan this season, and was a similar defender in past seasons: T-Ross: http://stats.nba.com/player/#!/203082/tracking/defense/?Season=2015-16&SeasonType=Regular%20Season DD: http://stats.nba.com/player/#!/201942/tracking/defense/?Season=2015-16&SeasonType=Regular%20Season Seems to me that if DD doesn't get the calls, then he's pretty much useless on the court. Edit: This does not justify Ross' extension.
  3. DEV LOVES him.
  4. I'll take Andrew Mangiapane. TCA up next. I'm done with the draft.

The Western Conference Finals will be the series gaining the most attention, unless there's a major upset prior.

Kings-Sharks looking like one hell of a series.

My personal preference in terms of entertainment: NHL > MLB > NBA > NFL. NHL is the only league where I'm willing to watch the playoffs even when my favorite team doesn't make it.

Every league has its flaws: NFL: Commercials every 30 seconds; Penalizing celebrations. MLB: Boring most of game; No cap (debatable) NHL: Low scoring games (which the league is trying to address by decreasing goalie equipment size); Too much parity (debatable). NBA: One superstar player can turn a crappy team into a contender (this will never change considering how many players are on a team); Refs suck; First 3 quarters are boring (as well as the final 2 minutes).

Let's not forget the Spurs, who are the most likely team to knock out the Warriors. I think everyone is excited for a potential Spurs-Warriors Western Conference Finals match-up.

Kadri and Rielly both signed 6-year deals worth $4.5M AAV & $5.0M AAV, respectively. That was fast!

Watch them drop Julien and replace him with Mike Milbury.
  19. I'll take Gustav Nyquist.
  20. I'll take Logan Couture.
  21. If a World Series game ended like that, there would be riots.
  22. Sucks about my positions in the dispersal and waiver draft, but I'll gladly take one of the big Finns.
  23. Congrats GoldBull!

Leafs secure their second 1st round pick... I mean, the Pens secure a playoff spot!
