NHL in Las Vegas is now confirmed. That will make 31 teams in the NHL. I wonder what they'll do to even things up, whether it be waiting for Quebec City/Seattle/etc. next year and/or relocation.

I would suggest that the NBA needs instant replay for foul calls, but it's so bad that it would be a mess.
