This is the first year of his 7-year tenure where they were expected to be good, and it was largely on the strength of an old, expensive core (Cano, Felix, Kuma, Cruz). And they still sucked. I don't think he deserves credit for punting the future to have one team in 7 years projected to be decent.

Yeah. I've been rostering him and Ethier all year, and while the production has been good, I've pretty much needed four guys to make sure my two OF spots are full every day.

He plays LF like you'd expect a guy from beer league 3-pitch to play LF. It's remarkable how bad he is given that he's spent the last decade as an MLB shortstop.

Hanley moving to 1B next year? FGDC has him as a 114 wRC+ COF next year, and then probably like a 110 wRC+ 1B in 2017. His value has been tanked.
