    It's not just Trout. My offense is legitimately very deep in that league.

    Having an actual competent offense in BORED has made me realize how much I hate my team. I'm stuck scraping the bottom of barrel hoping to piece together enough offense to maybe take the 7th or 8th spot. That's no way to go through life.

    I'm planning to move Betances, Wade Davis, and V-Mart in the near future.

    And puphound, and jaysfan2014, and probably 4-5 other accounts. There's legitimately a severely disturbed person who has been posting on the forum for over a decade using hundreds (thousands?) of accounts. He has different personalities with completely different posting styles and points of view, and they talk to each other. It's kind of the forum dirty little secret.

    Given that I've now criticized the Chavez trade, the OF depth post-Revere trade, the decision to rely on Thole as the only MLB caliber backup catcher, and Carrera's continued presence on this roster, I'm not sure why I'm being lumped in with this "small collective" that heaps praise on the new regime at every corner.

    This is two posts in two threads that you tear down the straw man of me praising the new regime for the depth they've added. I'm not sure why you're doing this, but I made few (if any) such posts, and complained about the catching and OF depth all offseason, likely to the point of annoying the other members of the forum.

    Josh Donaldson's speech was so motivating that they went 7-9 in the next 16 games. Did it just take 3 weeks to sink in? Nobody needed Josh Donaldson to obnoxiously tell the media that it's the 'get it done league'. Nobody needs him to do it this year. It's a funny little story about an arrogant player that we all love, but to act like JD's bitching to the media turned the season around is pretty silly.

    Yup. If the team wins like 82 games and gets s***** performances from guys like Martin, Tulo, Edwin, Goins, and Colabello while also getting like 380 good innings from Happ and Estrada he can retool the roster while the fans will have the perception that AA left a tire fire behind.
