Have they? Bautista, Martin and Tulo are at a combined 1.2 fWAR through 78 games. That's like 6 wins less than we would have expected. -
It's really just a semantic argument with Stroman. While the xFIP is nice, he hasn't actually contributed real wins this year. The other three have combined for like 1 win.

That's kind of beside the point. Overall they've been incredibly disappointing, and its a testament to the quality of the team that they're in WC contention despite the fact that many of their stars have played like complete s***.

Of course not, but they are what they are: an above average team that's received absolutely nothing from the likes of Bautista, Stroman, Martin, and Tulowitzki.

Storen has been a f***ing disaster, and I can't wait until he's gone. Sometimes things just don't work out. Storen is one of those things.

I hate to say it, but I think you're sleeping on the PHARM team. They won't go down easily. Carrasco is healthy now. Cutch is going to be Cutch again. Fielder has been good Fielder for three weeks.

I disagree. Outside the top 6 you still have North, Dinger, and TCA who look capable of going on a playoff run and finishing first. And the mid-tier has some teams that look like they could jump into the playoff picture next year (Hurl, speedy, z3r0s, torontofan, me).

Ah, the magical AAA fountain. Just let players soak there for awhile and they return better versions of themselves than when they left. Even though literally everything is worse there.
