  1. This would please me greatly.
  2. Entering our 5th season and we've recently migrated to Fantrax. It's a 20-team H2H 7x7 league with 25-man rosters and 12-man farms. The team finished dead last last year, but a lot of that was due to mismanagement. There are very good building blocks: Ketel Marte Marcus Semien Benintendi JD Martinez Conforto Gallo The farm is also very good, and you'd have the second pick in this years prospect draft. It would be a quick and fun re-build project.
  3. Jim, if you want to convince yourself that it's fine just turn enable adds temporarily and pick someone up from FA.
  4. I'm not opposed to changing the cut down rules, but I think it's 2-3 months too late to adopt a change for the 2020 season. I think we should also discuss moving to 26-man regular season rosters, but I've been waiting until the season starts to discuss rule changes that would be effective in 2021.
  5. Even in a very weak reliever market teams have spent 170M.
  6. Was Thaiss on the Drunks farm when you acquired him? I feel like I remember him being on their MLB roster. If he was on their farm I’ll move him down. Drunks to confirm?
  7. 2.5M for Asdrubal Cabrera apparently. It seems like he signs for less than he’s worth every offseason.
  8. Can you PM me the e-mail address you want the invite sent to? I'll retry it.
  9. You've already joined. It should be available under 'My Leagues".
  10. I have some players for sale: Hunter Pence J.P. Crawford Brandon Belt Robinson Chirinos Zack Britton (32 SV+H and a 1.91 ERA last year) Amir Garrett Looking for 2020 waiver upgrades or 2021 MiLB upgrades.
  11. The last extra piece I have is Logan Webb. If anyone wants him, a 2021 pick upgrade will suffice.
  12. Note: I realized this morning that when the league was set up, we didn't properly set up restrictions on players being moved to the farm. I changed the setting today to make it so only green flags can be moved down. If you're trading for a player from someone's farm who doesn't have a green flag, and want that player on your own farm, ask a commish to use their powers and push the player to your farm.
  13. Do you have Sickels' list?
  14. Maybe, but my team is better than either of yours.
  15. I didn't mean he ripped you off or anything. He just gets a ton of deals done.
  16. Carlos Danger is an absolute animal
  17. Just killed two of those birds with one stone. Last remaining order of business is moving Kennedy or Luke Jackson for a 2021 pick.
  18. There are different pages for different seasons. You should see the 2020 season under your leagues.
  19. I still have a couple of minor moves to make before the cut: - I'd like to one of Wainwright and Anibal Sanchez - I'd like to move one Ian Kennedy and Luke Jackson - I'd like to acquire a low-end keeper bat I'm into 2021 pick upgrades.

Honestly, peak MLB was when some teams were using analytics and others were still using saves and RBIs, and the fans were better at evaluating talent than most FOs.
  21. Voted to scrap the compensation.
  22. It’s pretty easy to see both hitting the waiver wire this year. Probably > 50% probability for Fiers.
  23. I think they’re both serviceable as an SP7 or 8. Both right on the keep/cut threshold because most bad teams would prefer to gamble on upside, and most good teams have better options. Fiers is probably going to give you Mike Leake numbers, with a few more walks and a lower ERA because of the favourable home park. I like Porcello a bit better.
