    Yeah, really when it comes down to it, it was a terrible April that ruined the season. At least the good thing going into next season is that the SP should have some solid depth with Dickey, Morrow, Buehrle, Happ, Hutchison, Rogers, Romero, Drabek, Stroman and Nolan. Stroman, Nolan, Drabek and Hutch should all be solid mid season depth. Romero who knows what we get, but maybe we get lucky and he can be a backed option. The Key will be to add a legitimate frontline SP that we can have under control for a few seasons.

    Agreed. Looks like Red Sox, Rays and Orioles should be contenders next season. Jays may or may not be depending on how they address SP, 2B and C. Yanks probably won't be a factor, but how many times have people said that?

    Drabek should be nowhere near this team until next season at the earliest. Just let him build arm strength and get some innings under his belt. He could be a big depth SP for us next year.

    They can go on the premise that it may cause future ramifications on his earning potential.

    Well they don't need to win the division, just a WC to get a shot. In that regard they are not out of it yet. That being said, they will be out of it soon if they don't start winning more. They are 17-9 in the last 26 which is great, but they need to get 5 or 6 games over .500 before the end of the month otherwise there may just be too many teams for them to leapfrog.

    All we can do is let him go down and get innings under his belt. If he does well maybe he is a solid depth option for 2014. Right now though I wouldn't even consider bringing him up for this season at all. Still only 25, give it a shot and if it doesn't pan out he will likely be another big arm for the pen.
