Turns out the most egregious of the errors would be Kinsler losing to the midget and Odubel being omitted from the ballot (with Donaldson being another notable omission)

    flashback to 2010 when everyone used to bitch when three CF'ers would win awards...which is so much more stupid. There are 3 OF positions...the second best SS is always better than the best 2B, but they don't bump the 2B.

    As we've seen recently in other sports...video or photos going public can certainly sway the way it's treated. I went to the PrimeTime Sport Management seminar Monday and listened to Clark Griffith (son of the former Twins owner) talk about how teams should be able to suspend before a hearing, but then followed up with how they have to still follow legal process, and how that is tough to do. Also found it funny to hear Griffiths talk about these criminal acts and then find out he's recently been charged with indecent exposure.

    you have Steve Simmons on your side...I'll take my side still. He took MLB licensed material on his side (wrong). He took ticket sales, and food sales into account, without considering that Aramark makes the majority on the concessions (and have that contract until 2018), also he didn't look at the additional expenses. Rogers got huge complaints about lines, and issues leaving the park. They had to bring in additional staff and hired 50 police for all the games after August 15th. They paid a million for the street closures too. They made money, and they will make good money next year...but it's not crazy numbers.

    Funny Hamilton story, I'm working on a fundraiser called Sophie's Run II. In the first run in 2008 she ran from Milton to New York City. She had to get permission from about 300 towns and cities to run through. New York City closed the Holland Tunnel for her...Hamilton was the one place that didn't give her permission to run through (Probably would have killed her anyway). She had to detour south.
