    s*** like that is why we're a .500 team. a) a player would rather play for him self than what's right for the team. an environment where stupidity like this would even cross a players mind c) no repercussions for the stupidity. It seems like sucha small issues, but all these stupid little things add up and affect the culture as whole.

    Earlier in here I said I can't wait to see Texas' ERA with JPA catching and with out. With - 5.86ERA Without - 2.89ERA Texas already realizing how bad JPA is. Took our organization three full seasons.

    I've been so busy I haven't followed anything outside of Jays this year. Link to what you think is the play of the year so far.

    You implied it was only one good year by following up and saying only a fool would think he'd repeat those numbers. The Ks were up the cy young year, but other than that his performance wasn't far off. Sure there would be a drop off, and one of my arguements were how other knuckballers fell off at his current age. But I don't anyone expected him to go from a sub3 ERA over three years to how ridiculous it is now.

    I never liked the Dickey trade from the beginning, but you're a liar or didn't watch baseball if you didn't expect him to atleast be decent. Too many times I see people say "He had one good year". If you think he only had one good year it makes me think you look in the win/loss column and that makes me cry. In his three years in NY he pitched over 600 innings with a 2.95ERA, 1.15WHIP, 2.2BB/9. That's 7th in the league in ERA over those three years. So no, it wasn't one good season, it wasn't one 'fluke' season.

    I don't think so. I searched and doesn't seeem like that's anything that can be done at this time. Might be something that would have to be custom done, I have no idea. Probably would be expensive though.

    That would be hilarious, but don't do it as a joke, but actually pretend you're the guy. Just wear like a white shirt, nothing too crazy. Don't make obvious hand gestures, but subtle ones that only some people notice. There will be a handful of people that think they are detectives. Stand up and do an over exaggerated stretch once an inning. Take your hat off pretend to adjust it and put it back on once an inning. Take your phone out and pretend to take a picture of the crows once an inning.

    That's insane to see Cabrera not killing it. Him and Fielder almost identical numbers, except Fielder is walking.

    Everything should be good now. Not sure what they did last night but were supposed to remove both IPs and even disable the filter. Apprently filter was still on today. But filter should be removed. No one should be blocked.

    He's too arrogant, that's his problem. His ego gets in the way of his common sense. He gets out there every game and tells himself he's going to prove to everyone he's a top catcher and he's going to mash it today. And I'm not kidding, I bet that's exactly what it is.
