Getting a coaching/managing job is more about networking, who you know and being in the right place at the right time. Just because a guy plays a lot of baseball, or plays high level baseball, or has been around the game a long time, it doesn't mean he's a smart man. I don't question his experience or the fact he knows a lot about baseball, but some of his decisions are borderline retarded. Yesterday is a good example. I don't see any possible defense to that strategy last night. He was setting this team up to fail.

Astros lucky that got that mircale win yesterday. Five runs with two outs in the 9th when they were down 3-0. Unbelievable.

I can't see us trading Bautista. Lawrie and Reyes were traded for a chance to get elite players. Doubtful the opportunity comes up with Jose. That being said, I could see Jose asking for a ridiculous amount that the team won't meet, so he throws a fit and wants out.

Yeah, I'm saying if we do soemthing else, and if we continue to win. But if we don't make any significant moves, beginning of season will probably lose some of the casuals until midseason.

I know past is past, but man, without that Dickey trade we have Thor and TDA for years to come. That would be insane. Thor, Stroman, a decent FA and we're laughing for years to come.

Guarantee some will. Some casual fans will be pissed if Price isn't back and think we don't have a chance anymore. Guarantee it. Not saying majority, but there will be some that think this way.
