Doubleplay21 Verified Member Posted May 10 Posted May 10 Lauer should never ever be considered to start. Should only be a long man when the game is lost
Spanky__99 Old-Timey Member Posted May 10 Posted May 10 Dude's BP this year, it's 4th and 40 Ross... time to punt!
jaysthebest Verified Member Posted May 10 Posted May 10 JS is throwing away the game lol. Lauer's gonna come out again.

jmomcc Verified Member Posted May 10 Posted May 10 Think we could stretch miles out next year? Stuff plus thinks he has 4 essentially average pitches. Obviously that might tick down as a starter but he does already do multiple innings. Seems like he could be a 5th starter.
JaysFan99 Verified Member Posted May 10 Posted May 10 I’m ready for Lauer, Sosa, and Heineman to all be off this team.
Omar Old-Timey Member Posted May 10 Posted May 10 Schneider leaving him in to suffer. This is still a winnable game. Spanky__99 1
Smokinitup420 Verified Member Posted May 10 Posted May 10 Hope we see a dfa of lauer soon, whines like he’s a star, plays like he’s little league
Spanky__99 Old-Timey Member Posted May 10 Posted May 10 Soriano owning us since early in the game. Faaaack!
RA Whiffleball Verified Member Posted May 10 Posted May 10 Eric lauer - taxi to Buffalo! Another example of JS doubling down on a rubbish pitcher. neverbeenhere 1
Horses Fart Old-Timey Member Posted May 10 Posted May 10 Vladdy is so trash right now. How do u go from being a stud in the post season to a complete failure. Spanky__99 and neverbeenhere 2
RA Whiffleball Verified Member Posted May 10 Posted May 10 Meanwhile, the Toronto Maple Leafs are playing Kitchener at Christie Pits in the Intercounty League. The game is on Youtube. I did not know that that is still a thing. Imagine, outdoor baseball in May in Toronto.

RA Whiffleball Verified Member Posted May 10 Posted May 10 Kurt Suzuki must have been saying: "At some point, JS will be dumb enough to put Lauer into this game. Patience my friends, patience!'

Laika Community Moderator Posted May 10 Posted May 10 This guy needs to be off the team. Horrendous showing.

RA Whiffleball Verified Member Posted May 10 Posted May 10 Soriano sitting in a hot tub smoking a cigar against this pathetic offence.

Done this his whole career. Not a complete failure but goes long stretches where he loses it. He's like a combination of Albert Pujols and Billy Butler... closer to Butler. Billy Butler was a guy I never thought of for Vlad comparisons. But - great, great teenage minor league hitter on par with Vlad Then - had moments in his early 20s where he looked like he would be great major league hitter, hitting .310 29 100 or so one year, kind of like 2024 Vlad Finally matured age 27-29 as a .279 hitter with 9 homers. Vlad will be even funnier, great minor hitter, record setting 48 homer homerun title winning season as a 22 year old, demolishes playoff pitching in historic post-season. Matures as a .278 hitter with 7 homeruns. neverbeenhere 1
