Would you trade Skubal for either of those packages, and which package would you want back?

wow, free for all on pop-up MiLB prospects devalues prospects significantly (if you are any good at stat scouting or following hot prospect news). 

I would be keeping Skubal

It devalues the entire prospect side of things - picks and kids. 

Jonah Tong was a 7th round pick in 2022, he was probably a free agent until some point in 2024

Agreed.  I don't make the rules in the league.  It's too easy, I've made a few lopsided trades to make my team worse on purpose lol

Thoughts on Lawrence Butler after this down year last year?  I'm in a dynasty league where I have both Abrams and Konnor Griffin.  I'm wondering if I should explore a deal of Abrams for Butler plus something else.

Abrams and Butler are similar pieces, but I like Abrams' additional SBs and he'll likely switch from SS to CF at any point now. He also strikes out less so will likely always run higher batting averages/hits. Griffin looks good but he's going to be 20 years old with limited exposure at AA, I wouldn't quite hand him the keys to the franchise just yet.

If you can get Butler + for Abrams I would probably do it. Butler was cheeks last season but him in a good lineup and great park to hit in is pretty intriguing

Deep dynasty league. 20 team, 26 man MLB roster, 30 man MILB. 7x7 with hitting stats being HR, net SB, RBI, Runs, AVG, TB and OPS.  I'm coming out of a rebuild where my OF is weak atm,

Be careful - you’re going to be recruited to join one of the board leagues here at some point knowing this
