Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted October 11, 2025 Posted October 11, 2025 This is an unbelievable game plan. 12 pitches, 12 sliders. It’s not like he’s a one trick pony, the fastball also grades as an excellent pitch with obviously elite velo.

Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted October 11, 2025 Posted October 11, 2025 He's throwing his Slider 88% of the time in the Playoffs. Math would suggest sitting on it because he left a couple up in the inning.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted October 11, 2025 Posted October 11, 2025 96 followed by a cement mixer slider. He might actually be hurt or overworked. Awful swing from Riley Greene there.
BTS Community Moderator Posted October 11, 2025 Posted October 11, 2025 I don't know if you can go back to Munoz in the 9th, and there's nothing reliable left in Seattle's pen. I wonder if Gilbert is available for an inning or two.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted October 11, 2025 Posted October 11, 2025 I am down for Munoz throwing 40+ pitches tonight. Sign me up. Also Riley Greene with another terrible AB. Waylanderz 1
Omar Old-Timey Member Posted October 11, 2025 Posted October 11, 2025 If the Big Dumper goes yard next ab, the place is going to explode.

Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted October 11, 2025 Posted October 11, 2025 If Skubal did in fact pull himself from the game, he ain't no Blackjack Morris
Grant77 Old-Timey Member Posted October 11, 2025 Posted October 11, 2025 Logan Gilbert pitching in this game would be amazing. The Mariners don't have an effective reliever after Brash and Munoz. That probably means you get Bryce Miller in game 2 if they win. Stangstag 1

But he should be fine for Game 2 unless he has to throw more than 30 pitches.

He seems like a guy that wants to go all the time. If they needed him to close tomorrow I think he would say put me in.
