Hoffman's warm already. Hopefully he throws a bunch of pitches and isn't available tomorrow. Jays24 1

Nothing has stopped the Jays from grinding out starting pitchers, working counts and damaging the BP. Kind of feels like most games are winnable this year for them. Rinse repeat Spanky__99 1

dancingmachine Verified Member Posted September 13, 2025 Posted September 13, 2025 Omg Vlad with a big hit but then runs into an out

Ah didn't see that. The announcers kept harping on Little looking like he's staying in the game so I figured no one was warming. Schneider usually uses Old School 101 baseball logic, so surprised that he may have even considered keeping Little in for 1 batter before bringing Hoffman in. Maybe that was just Shulman spit balling.
keggy Verified Member Posted September 13, 2025 Posted September 13, 2025 Vlad absolutely smashed that ball. And of course he gets thrown out after admiring his swing neverbeenhere and 416BlueJs 1 1
gruber9292 Verified Member Posted September 13, 2025 Posted September 13, 2025 If Hoffman is fully warmed up, you may as well use him.
Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted September 13, 2025 Posted September 13, 2025 Great inning... I can watch the 9th with an unclenched ******* lol Rynodb1 1
dancingmachine Verified Member Posted September 13, 2025 Posted September 13, 2025 Lol sure bud whatever you say

dancingmachine Verified Member Posted September 13, 2025 Posted September 13, 2025 Well it might be safe to use Hoffman now
Grant77 Old-Timey Member Posted September 13, 2025 Posted September 13, 2025 My buddy at the game says that the O's dugout was heckling Springer after the pitch near his head. What is their deal with him? George is one of the most likable players in the game.

neverbeenhere Verified Member Posted September 13, 2025 Posted September 13, 2025 JS is addicted to changing relievers
Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted September 13, 2025 Posted September 13, 2025 Such a waste using Yariel here. Hes been our best reliever this year but Schneider treats him like hes been the worst. neverbeenhere 1
jaysthebest Verified Member Posted September 13, 2025 Posted September 13, 2025 The fact that Hoffman is not warming up anymore after our offense scored extra runs tells you that our FO still thinks Hoffman is our closer.
glory Old-Timey Member Posted September 13, 2025 Posted September 13, 2025 Did you see how happy JS looked running out of the dugout to take Little out? Dude lives for pitching changes.
