He at one point showed the ability to have a  similar profile. But the offensive part of his game has since been fleeting.

Lauer did his job.  Ate some innings.  Our pen needed a night off, may as well be against Rasmussen.

Pitching staff all around gave us a chance. Would be nice for the bats to reward that in their last opportunity.

3 runs over 8 innings for the 4 pitchers the Jays used is a great outing. Unfortunately the bats couldn’t do anything. Maybe it’s not just the Trop.
